Kia has recalled almost 50,000 cars for increased crash risk due to potential loss of driving power, according to the national highway traffic safety administration (nhtsa). Kia is recalling some 2023 through 2024 sportage suvs and 2022 through 2024 carnival minivans because roof molding trim pieces may detach while driving.
